Our rates
Our rate for cleaning service is fixed and competitive.
We charge $80/hour (2 people team)
We charge gas expense fee. Depending on the mileage, the average fee is $20-30.
Serviced areas
We service Hamilton, Ancaster, Burlington, Dundas, Milton, Oakville areas but not restricted to these areas.
Extra services not included in our hourly rate
There are some services that are not included in our hourly rate and charged extra:
- Inside oven. plus $35
- Inside microwave. plus $10
- Inside fridge. plus $25
- Baseboards cleaning ( wiped) depends on square footage
- Window tracks. plus $10
- Light fixtures ( deep cleaning, wiped) plus $10-50
- Ceiling fans ( deep cleaning, wiped) plus $10
- Couches vacuuming ( cushions removed. plus $20/3 piece
- Wall deep cleaning. depends on square footage
- Floor restoration (floor waxing)
